Sooner or later, we will all face cancer, either as patients or as cheerleaders. I want to learn more about this disease and the people that wake up every day facing it. I will not be a spectator and watch as others dedicate themselves to a cause that is as much mine as it is theirs. I am riding with the Hopkins 4K as my meager contribution to the cause, and in order to honor the memory of Catherine Yang, a high school friend who passed from cancer in December 2005.



Future Goals:
My ultimate goal in life is to have a stern portrait of myself join the others staring down at Hopkins students as they slave away in the HUT. Career-wise though, I am torn on what path to follow. I graduate this semester and the crystal ball is still really murky, so any advice is welcome!
