Pickle Loaf anyone?
Tonight we stayed at the Community of Christ Church in Taylorville, IL. It was the first day that the weather was finally warm. The bike is beginning to feel more comfortable and the rides are getting easier as I finally get in better condition. It was on e of the few days we were lucky enough to have a tailwind, making the ride much easier. During lunch, we raised $12 for Dan to eat a whole pickle loaf (a pound of bologna with pickles in it). Amazingly he was able to finish it all and finish the ride. That night we were fortunate enough to have a ping pong table that provided us with hours of entertainment.
