Hopkins 4K for Cancer

When I told my sister that we ended our day today in California, she responded, “California? Isn’t that like on the other side of the world?”…and well, frankly, it kind of feels like it is. It’s entirely crazy to think that almost 2 months ago exactly we were in Maryland, and now, we’re actually here. Let me tell you, at the end of our first riding day, I never even imagined it possible that I would actually be riding my bike across the California border.

Anyway… we had a sort of early wake-up this morning (4:30 a.m.) which didn’t really seem so bad at all since the anticipation of our final state-border crossing on our minds.
